We are a team of photographers and gear reviewers, and we read every message that comes in. Whether you have a question about a camera recommendation, spotted a mistake in one of our articles, or want to explore a working relationship with us, this page covers the best way to reach the right person.
General Questions
If you are trying to decide between two cameras, want a lens recommendation for a specific budget, or have a question about a photo technique we mentioned in an article, use the contact form at the bottom of this page. We read every submission and reply to as many as we can.
Please note that our team covers cameras, lenses, and photography accessories. For questions about a product you already own, including repairs, firmware issues, and warranty claims, your best route is to contact the manufacturer directly. Canon, Nikon, Sony, and most major brands have dedicated support lines and live chat options on their websites.
Corrections and Feedback
Camera specs change, prices shift, and we occasionally get things wrong. If you spot an error in any of our reviews or buying guides, please tell us. Include the article title, the specific section where you found the issue, and a source if you have one. We update articles when corrections are warranted and we do it quickly.
We also welcome suggestions. If there is a camera category we have not covered, a comparison you would like to see, or a question that keeps coming up in your photography community that we have not answered yet, send it through. We use reader feedback to decide what to work on next.
Press and Media
Journalists, podcast hosts, and other media who want to quote our reviews or speak with one of our editors can reach us at press@dslrcamerasdeal.com. Include your publication name, a brief description of what you are working on, and your deadline. We aim to respond within one business day for media requests.
Advertising and Sponsorships
We work with advertising partners through display ads managed by Google AdSense and Mediavine. If you represent a camera brand, photography software company, or gear retailer and want to discuss a content sponsorship or product placement opportunity, email us at advertising@dslrcamerasdeal.com with details about your company and what you have in mind.
We do not accept payment to change review scores, adjust editorial conclusions, or remove negative findings from published articles. Any sponsored content is labeled clearly on every page where it appears.
Response Times
We reply to most messages within 2 business days. Around major camera launch events, it can take a little longer. If you have not heard back within 5 business days, feel free to follow up. We do not offer phone or live chat support.
A Few Things to Check First
Before sending a message, it is worth checking these first:
- Our buying guides cover most “which camera should I buy” questions. The search bar at the top of the page will find the right guide in a few seconds.
- Individual reviews include an FAQ section at the bottom where we answer the questions readers ask most often.
- For privacy requests, including data access and deletion requests, email privacy@dslrcamerasdeal.com directly rather than using this form. We handle those separately and respond within 30 days as required by law.
